Wyatt is a QH who was rescued in December 2010 with his friend Little Bit. He was locked in a stall for nearly 3 years, his legs were bent, he had rain rot covering his entire body, and was very weak. He was emaciated and was suffering from failure to thrive. His body was not growing properly, his legs were deformed and his prognosis was poor. In just 4 months, his legs became straight again and he was running around with Little Bit!
Once saved and in the comfort of Peaceful Acres Horses, our volunteer team showered Wyatt with love, compassion, and nutritional support to match his needs and quality veterinary care.
Over a period of about 6 months, we witnessed a miracle! Wyatt developed a good body condition, he was gaining confidence and his legs were straightening!
Wyatt soon let us know how much he loved children! Every time a young person would enter the stable, Wyatt became animated and drew their attention to him.
He not only became Very Handsome, he also began to positively transform the lives of the people he was meeting!
Wyatt has helped countless people over the years at Peaceful Acres Horses! He is always willing to offer hope and friendship to people who are feeling hopeless and isolated. He’s a Blessing at Peaceful Acres Horses!
But there’s another sad part of the story…
Believe it or not… Wyatt does not have a single sponsor.
Perhaps you will become Wyatt’s Care Sponsor, Feed Partner or Champion Contributor?
For as little as $42 a month, you will directly be helping to support Wyatt’s Care needs at Peaceful Acres Horses.
All contributions are greatly appreciated and helpful and will help PAH to Keep Our Promises to Wyatt.
Please use the following giving links to make a one-time contribution or become a monthly sponsor.
