Active PAH Volunteers
♥ Visual Calendar ♥ Volunteer Schedule ♥ Save the Dates ♥
Hey there!
Please send me an introduction email if you haven’t done so already. Include your emergency contact information please – it is important that I am able to keep this organized for everyone. I’d like to add you to my PAH contacts and be able to connect with you. Send me feedback, questions and testimonials if you’d like them shared.
If you can fill-in for an open volunteer shift please email me ASAP. If you need someone to cover for you – email me so we can get it sorted immediately so the horses and donkeys will not miss anything. Inform me of your usual days and times too. Thank you!

We will be rolling out a system for easily identifying volunteer training levels. This will help in keeping everyone safe and not overwhelming anyone.
Level 1: New to PAH, early on in training.
To be partnered with a Level 3 Team Leader.
Level 2: Completed Orientational and at least 4 training days with a Level 3 Team Leader
Level 3: Team Leader, Trained in all or most tasks, as well as horse/donkey handling.
______________________________
We will implement and finish the helpful details to this system shortly, including naming rescues’ Levels as well. There are some Rescues that may be very difficult to handle and will only be moved by Nanci or certain named Level 3 trained volunteers.
We do not want you to feel caught off-guard. Some of the horses and donkeys can be more unpredictable than others and we will work to help you become familiar with the who’s who.
We know it is a tall order to remember specific details for 70+ animals, so we will work to simplify and categorize them for safety and success.
